Everything you need to know about using Travelpayy.

Click "Send Goods" from your dashboard. Fill in the package description, pickup location, destination, and delivery timeframe. Once submitted, available travelers on that route can view and accept your delivery.

We strictly prohibit: illegal substances, firearms, explosives, hazardous chemicals, human or animal remains, perishable goods requiring refrigeration, and items of extremely high value (e.g. large cash amounts, jewelry).

Violations may result in account suspension and referral to law enforcement.

Prices are based on distance, package weight and size, urgency, and traveler availability. The sender and traveler must mutually agree on the cost before confirming. Once agreed, the amount is locked until delivery is completed.

Travelpayy is a connection medium between senders and travelers. We do not take possession of any package and are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

However, a traveler who fails to deliver within the agreed timeframe may face account suspension and may be reported to law enforcement. Always keep photos and documentation.

Both the sender and traveler must confirm and agree on the package contents before handover. The platform does not physically inspect packages. Full transparency about the item type, condition, and value is required before departure.

Travelers must deliver within the agreed timeframe. Unwarranted delays can be reported via the in-app complaint form. Repeated failures may lead to fund withholding, suspension, or escalation to the authorities.

No. Withdrawals are disabled while you have pending or unconfirmed deliveries. Once all your deliveries are confirmed complete by both parties, withdrawal access is automatically re-enabled.

First, try to resolve the issue through direct in-app communication. If unresolved, report it to our support team. While we are not an arbitrator, we can provide account and transaction data to law enforcement if legally required.

Currently, Travelpayy does not provide insurance or financial protection for packages. Users should take extra precautions, verify traveler credibility, and only send items they are comfortable managing under the sender–traveler agreement.
